Ordering Process

For customers new to custom screen printing we have included the ordering process to help you understand what happens throughout the life of an order..

Choose A Print Style And Select Garments
First pick a style of garment you would like to order from our product section and then view the many Print Styles we offer, Our standard print style is our super soft Hybrid ink that has a discharge under base, the hybrid print style is included in our standard pricing.

Submit A Quote Request
Now that you have chosen your garment and picked a style of printing we require you to fill out the Get a Quote form, our sales staff will review your quote request and send a detailed estimate within 24 hours. If there is any problems with your artwork they will be addressed at this time.

Finalizing Your Order
If you are happy with the estimate we will email a detailed invoice and payment link. Payment can be made in full by cashiers check or credit card using Paypal. Once we receive your payment we will order your garments and schedule your order for production.

Within 72 hours of receiving payment for your order we will send you a mockup showing your design on the color of garment we are printing on, On this mock-up we’ll list out the exact imprint sizes, print style being used, garment qtys and the pantone colors we intend to use. If pantone colors are not specified we will use our closest house ink color. The mock-up is an estimate for sizing and location, so if you have any questions or concerns, please let us know!

Pre-Press Meeting
Now that you have approved your mock-up, we will have a pre-press review to make sure your print job runs to Maxon Dixon’s high standards. The way we make sure every custom print job is up to our standards is by reviewing the methods and setup that production will be using way before it get’s on the production floor.

Order Production
Our production manager will approve the first shirt off the press to ensure that all orders meet our quality standards. For orders over 200 pieces we will allow a 15min window for approval of an emailed picture of the printed shirt. Due to high press demands the 15 minute window can not be extended under any circumstances.

Once production is complete shipping labels are created and a packing list is added to the boxes. Your order is delivered to USPS and it’s on it’s way to you for delivery. Let us know on Facebook or Google how the ordering process with Mason Dixon Screen Printing went, Thanks again for ordering.
